VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
1 sm. can water chestnuts (drained and sliced)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tube Ritz crackers
1/2 stick melted butter

Mix first 5 ingredients together and place in a 2 quart buttered casserole dish. Crush crackers and mix with butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
