VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery

Mix all ingredients together and pour in casserole dish. Top with 1 1/4 cups crushed Ritz crackers mixed with 1/2 stick of melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
