FRENCH ONION QUICHE 
1 (9-inch) pie shell, brushed with Worcestershire sauce
4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup cream
3-4 drops Tabasco sauce
3-oz. can French fried onion rings, coarsely crumbled
4 slices bacon

Microwave pie shell for 2 minutes on High; turn dish and cook 2 minutes more. (Prick pie shell with a fork before cooking.)

Cook bacon and crumble. Sprinkle cheese and bacon in a pie shell. Mix together eggs, cream and Tabasco. Pour over cheese and bacon. Sprinkle crumbled onion rings over top. (Do not mix into egg mixture.) Cook at 30% power 5 minutes. Turn dish and cook 4 to 6 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Depending on the wattage of the oven, you may need a little more cooking time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
