BLACK BEAN SOUP 
1 can black bean soup
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. heavy cream
2 c. steamed leeks
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. sherry
1 can beef broth
Marjoram
3 garlic cloves
Garnish: grated Jack & diced red onion

Puree all ingredients except cream. Cook 20 minutes over medium heat. Add cream and cook 10 minutes more. Let "rest" overnight before serving. Freezes well.
