MUSHROOM RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 stick butter
1 c. rice
1 can beef bouillon
1 chopped onion
1/2 pkg. fresh mushrooms, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt

Melt butter and saute onion. Add other ingredients into greased casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake for 15 minutes more. Is a more elegant dish than reads the recipe. Can be served in place of wild rice.
