SALMON LOAF | |
2 c. pink or red salon, boned, flaked, skin discarded 1 egg 1 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs Liquid from salmon, plus enough milk to make 1/4 c. 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. chopped onion 1/8 tsp. salt and pepper Blend egg into flaked salmon. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon lightly into a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan that has been divided by folded aluminium foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 4 servings. |
