SALMON LOAF 
1 can salmon
1/3 c. celery, finely chopped
1 sprig parsley, chopped fine
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Pepper to taste
Paprika

Drain salmon; save liquid. Flake salmon. Combine bread crumbs and seasonings with liquid. Mix thoroughly. Pack into small greased loaf pan. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
