PACIFIC SALMON LOAF 
1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained, flaked
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. Kraft Real Mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
Cucumber Sauce

Combine ingredients except Cucumber Sauce; mix lightly. Shape into loaf in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with:

CUCUMBER SAUCE:

1/2 c. Kraft Real Mayonnaise
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. finely chopped cucumber
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dill weed

Combine ingredients; mix well. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
