SALMON LOAF 
1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 egg beaten
1 tsp. salt
Cucumber Sauce

Combine all ingredients except Cucumber Sauce and mix lightly. Shape into loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

CUCUMBER SAUCE:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. finely chopped cucumber
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dill weed

Combine all ingredients. Serve over salmon loaf when cool.
