SALMON LOAF 
1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained, flaked
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. real mayonnaise
1/2. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 egg beaten
1 tsp. salt

Combine and mix. Shape into loaf in shallow baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
