SALMON OR TUNA LOAF 
2 c. salmon or tuna, drained
1/2 c. freshly made bread crumbs
4 tbsp. butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. parsley
1 tbsp. minced green pepper
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter loaf pan. Combine fish, bread crumbs, butter, eggs, onion, parsley, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Mix well. Press into loaf pan and bake about 35 minutes.
