IRON SKILLET FUDGE 
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup canned (evaporated) milk
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
dash of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and cocoa together, then stir in milk and butter and place on stove in an iron pan. Bring to boil and boil 2 minutes for fudge or 1 minute for icing. Place in pan of cold water and beat until cool. Add flavoring and pecans.
