SKILLET PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. evaporated milk 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1 jar (12 oz.) chunky style peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in electric skillet. Set dial control at 280. Bring mixture to a boil. Boil 5 minutes stirring constantly. Turn off fry pan. Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows and peanut butter are melted and blended. Pour into a buttered 8 inch square pan. Cool before cutting into squares. (2 pounds of fudge) |
