SKILLET CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
1 c. chocolate chips
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. butter
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Place chips in large bowl and set aside. Combine sugar, milk, marshmallows, butter, vanilla and salt in electric skillet. Set temperature at 240 degrees. Cook about 5 minutes until marshmallows are melted, stirring constantly. Pour hot mixture over chocolate chips. Beat with wooden spoon until well blended and creamy. Fold in chopped nuts. Spread in aluminum foil lined pan 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inches. Cool.
