JAPANESE CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. diced chicken
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 oz. sliced almonds, toasted
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 pkg. Ramen noodles, (chicken flavor)

DRESSING:

1/2 pkg. seasoning from soup mix
1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. Accent

Mix first 6 ingredients together in bowl (do not cook noodles just break them up). Pour dressing mixture over salad and let stand overnight in refrigerator. A hit at the PTA luncheon! (Serves 8. I usually double this.)
