BELGIAN CARROTS 
2 1/2 c. diced, sliced carrots
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. powdered sugar
1 onion, diced
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook carrots until desired doneness. Melt butter. Add next 4 ingredients. Pour over carrots. Put in buttered baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serves 4-6.
