BELGIAN CREAMED POTATOES | |
4 to 5 c. thinly sliced potatoes 1 c. thinly sliced onion 1 tsp. salt 1 c. whipping cream 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese Mix potatoes, onion and salt in casserole. Add cream and dot with butter. Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 5 minutes more. |
