7 med. potatoes, peeled and diced
2 pts. whipping cream, mixed with 2 pts. of milk
3 tbsp. dried onions
Salt and pepper to taste

Place potatoes in large baking dish, pour cream and milk over potatoes, add onions and seasoning. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
