CHICKEN DELIGHT 
6 to 8 chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1 (8 oz.) jar apricot jam
1 (3 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix

Heat last three items until liquid, put chicken in 9 x 13 inch baking dish and pour heated mixture over the chicken. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Good served over rice.
