PEG'S CRACKER DELIGHT 
35 Saltine crackers
2 sticks butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Nuts; optional

Line jelly roll pan or small cookie sheet with tin foil. Put crackers on foil. Melt sugar and butter; boil 3 minutes. Pour on top of crackers. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Take out of oven and immediately. Place chocolate on top. Put nuts on if you are using them. Spread chocolate. Cool. When completely cool, break into pieces.
