SODA CRACKER PIE 
25 saltine crackers
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
4 egg whites
Cool Whip

Grind or crush saltine crackers to small pieces. Add remaining dry ingredients and vanilla. Set aside.

Whip egg whites until fluffy. Add to cracker mixture and pour into a greased 9 inch round or 9 x 9 inch square pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until browned. Cool and top with Cool Whip when served. Also good with drizzle chocolate or topped with vanilla ice cream. Serves 10-12.
