3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
12 soda crackers
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz.) carton whipping cream

Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix in sugar, vanilla and baking powder. Fold in crushed soda crackers and nuts. Pour into lightly greased 9 inch pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool. Whip whipping cream until stiff and sweeten to taste. Top pie.
