35 Saltine crackers
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place crackers, salt side up on jelly- roll cookie sheet (with edges). Bring butter and sugar to a boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over crackers and bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips and spread evenly. Top with nuts.
