APPLE SALAD 
5 to 6 med. apples
1 can chunk pineapple (in heavy syrup)
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sugar

Peel and dice apples into small chunks, stir in 1 can of well drained pineapples. Mix in mayonnaise, sugar and Cool Whip. Add nuts and raisins; stir well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Approximately 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
