PLUM CAKE 
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 sm. jars baby food plums
2 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon

Blend oil and sugar. Add eggs and plums and blend. Have sifted dry ingredients in separate bowl. Be sure they are well mixed; add flour mixture to liquid. Combine and put in greased and floured tube or bundt pan at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

A good glaze for this cake is 1 cup confectioners' sugar and juice of 1 lemon well blended and drizzle over the cake.
