PECAN TARTLETS 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 egg
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Dash of salt
Coarsely chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 325 F. Combine the cream cheese, flour and 1/2 cup butter to make a dough. Taking about a teaspoon of dough at a time, press into the tiny muffin molds.
