CREAM CHEESE TARTLETS 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Vanilla wafers
Pie filling

Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla and lemon juice. Place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of cupcake paper in cupcake pan. Fill with mixture 2/3 full and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with desired flavor pie filling. Chill to serve. Makes 24.
