CREAM CHEESE TARTLETS 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 lg. eggs
1/2 c. sugar

Beat with mixer for 5 minutes. Using small paper liners (Sunshine brand vanilla wafers) spoon filling on top of wafers.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees, wafers crack when done. Cool, put Thank You brand pie mix on top.
