LORRAINE'S CHEESE LOG 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, at room temperature
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
5 fresh jalapenos, chopped fine
1 1/2 bunches green onions, chopped
1 lg. jar pimentos, drained very well

Roll Velveeta between wax paper. Put cream cheese on top. Add vegetables; sprinkle on top of creamed cheese. Carefully fold with wax paper. Chill and remove wax paper. (This is the tricky part.) Serve with Wheat Thins.
