SPICY CHEESE LOG 
1 lb. Mexican Velveeta, mild
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 bunch green onions
1 pkg. chipped beef

Makes 2 logs.

Let Velveeta soften at room temperature. Chop onions and beef. Cut Velveeta in half.

Roll each half between wax paper to approximately 6x11 inches. Spread half of cream cheese on each rolled out half. Sprinkle half of onions and beef on each. Roll each into logs. Serve with taco chips.
