CHILI-CHEESE ROLL 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 lb. Cracker Barrel cheese
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. pecans, chopped
Chili powder

Knead together the cheese and other ingredients, except chili powder. Shape into 2 thin logs. On waxed paper sprinkle with chili powder, roll each cheese log, thoroughly coating with chili powder. Serve with crackers.
