1 tube sugar cookie dough
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. water
Various fruits to arrange: kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, mandarin oranges

Roll 1 tube of sugar cookie dough into 1/2 inch slices and press into aluminum foil-lined pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool and invert onto another plate. Beat together 8 ounces cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Cover cookie pizza dough with this mixture. Cut up various fruits and arrange on top of cream cheese mixture. Boil together 1/4 cup orange marmalade and 2 tablespoons of water. Drizzle this over the fruit. Cut into slices and serve.
