"FRUIT PIZZA" 
1 (17 oz.) roll refrigerated cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Fresh or canned peaches, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi
1/4 c. orange marmalade
1 tbsp. water

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cover 14-inch pizza pan with foil. Slice cookie dough into 1/8 inch slices and arrange on pan, overlapping edges. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cool. Remove from foil and return to pizza pan.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit over cream cheese mixture. Combine marmalade and water and spread over top. Keep refrigerated. Serves 10 to 12.
