PASTA PICNIC SALAD 
2 c. Rotini pasta (uncooked)
3 1/2 oz. sliced pepperoni
2 avocados, peeled & sliced with lemon juice
2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 c. green onions, sliced
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
3/4 c. bottled Italian salad dressing

Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain well. Combine with remaining ingredients, mixing gently but thoroughly. Cover and chill 4 hours or overnight. Makes 6 servings.
