1 stick melted butter
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2/3 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes

Mix dry ingredients. Coat fish in dry mixture. Dip fish into melted butter. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
