1 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika

For 7 pounds of chicken. Mix. Dampen chicken with water or beaten egg. Roll in coating, bake in shallow pan at 350 degrees until done.
