OAT BRAN MUFFINS | |
4 1/4 c. oat bran 2 tbsp. baking powder 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 c. dried fruit (raisins, prunes, apricots, dates) 2 1/2 c. skim milk 4 egg whites 4 tbsp. corn syrup Bake 15 to 20 minutes in preheated 425 degree oven. Chopped bananas can be used in place of dried fruit. Makes 24 muffins. No fat. No cholesterol. |
