OAT BRAN MUFFINS 
1/2 c. bran
1 1/2 c. Quaker oats
1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. applesauce
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg white
1/4 c. apple juice
1/2 c. raisins

Combine dry ingredients. Add applesauce, brown sugar, vegetable oil and egg white and apple juice. Mix thoroughly. Add raisins. Pour into muffin tins lined with papers. Bake at 400 degrees for 22 minutes.
