INDONESIAN CHICKEN SATAY 
1 lb. boneless chicken breast
Satay Peanut Sauce
sweet soy sauce
bamboo sticks (for skewering the chicken)

Cut the chicken into cubes. Mix the Satay Peanut Sauce with Sweet soy sauce, and add water so that it will be a thick liquid. Marinate the cubed chicken in the mix for 1 hour or more.

Skew the chicken and barbeque or bake in oven until cooked.

Enjoy the delicious Indonesian Chicken Satay!
