MEAT LOAF 57 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. Heinz 57 Sauce
1 1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Combine ingredients thoroughly. Place in a lightly greased loaf pan, 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 2 1/2". Brush top with additional 57 Sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Allow meat loaf to stand 5 minutes before slicing. Makes 6 to 8 servings. NOTE: Meat loaf may be shaped into a loaf (8" x 4" x 1 1/2") in lightly greased shallow pan.
