MICROWAVE FUDGE 
3/4 c. evaporated milk or light cream
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
16 marshmallows, cut in half
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine evaporated milk, butter, sugar and marshmallows in 2-quart microwave bowl. Microwave 3 minutes on high or until marshmallows puff and mixture begins to boil. Stir. Reduce setting. Microwave an additional 3 minutes on medium power (approximately 60%) or until mixture boils and sugar dissolves completely. Be careful mixture doesn't boil over.

Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spread in buttered 8x8 inch baking dish. Cool in refrigerator. Cut into squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
