MICROWAVE FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
5 oz. can evaporated milk
12 oz. chocolate chips
10 oz. marshmallow cream
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter, and milk in buttered large glass mixing bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 10 minutes; stir, then continue cooking 5-8 minutes. (When done, mixture forms a soft ball in cold water.)

Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Fold in marshmallow creme, nuts, and vanilla. Pour into buttered 13x9 pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
