MICROWAVE FUDGE | |
3 c. sugar 3/4 c. butter 5 oz. can evaporated milk 12 oz. chocolate chips 10 oz. marshmallow cream 1 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar, butter, and milk in buttered large glass mixing bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 10 minutes; stir, then continue cooking 5-8 minutes. (When done, mixture forms a soft ball in cold water.) Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Fold in marshmallow creme, nuts, and vanilla. Pour into buttered 13x9 pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares. |
