MICROWAVE FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2/3 c. (5 oz.) evaporated milk
2 c. (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate or Reese's chips
2 c. (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla

In large bowl combine first 3 ingredients cook uncovered 8 minutes (3 minutes, stir; 3 minutes, stir; 2 minutes). Remove from microwave and immediately add chips and stir until melted. Add marshmallow creme and vanilla. Stir until creme is completely absorbed. Add nuts. (Maraschino cherries, chopped or raisins are good too.) Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan. Chill-cut.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
