FRENCH SILK CHOCOLATE PIE | |
1 baked and cooled pie shell 1/2 c. butter 1 sq. semi-sweet chocolate 2 eggs 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Cream butter and sugar. Blend in the chocolate, which has been melted and cooled, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating 5 minutes after each addition at medium speed on mixer. Put in pie shell. Chill 4 hours or overnight. Serve with whipped cream and chopped pecans. |
