FRENCH SILK CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 baked or graham cracker pie crust
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 squares melted & cooled unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Whipped cream

Prepare pie crust as directed. Cream together butter and sugar. Blend in unsweetened chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat 5 minutes after each egg with mixer at medium speed. Turn into pie shell. Chill 2 hours. Top with whipped cream.
