FRENCH SILK CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 baked pie shell or any kind of prepared pie shell
1 (1 oz.) square chocolate, melted & cooled
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Cream butter and sugar; blend in chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating 5 minutes after each egg. Turn into pie shell and chill 1 to 2 hours. Top with whipped cream and nuts, if desired.
