PORK CHOP BAKE 
4 pork chops
4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 onions, sliced
1 can lima beans
1 tsp. sage

Parboil potatoes. In a lightly greased hot skillet sear pork chops. In a 2 quart baking dish, layer lima beans, potatoes, and onions. Lay pork chops on top, season with sage. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
