COMPANY BAKED PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
4 med. potatoes
1 med. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Place pork chops in a 9 x 13 inch pan and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese over pork chops. Slice a layer of onions then a layer of potatoes, then season with salt and pepper.

Put the can of cream of mushroom soup over the potatoes and onions and sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese over the soup. Cover pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
