ONION-BAKED PORK CHOPS 
1 env. Lipton onion mushroom soup mix
2 eggs, well beaten
2/3 c. plain dry bread crumbs
8 pork chops

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine soup mix with bread crumbs. Dip chops in eggs, then soup mixture, coating well. Place in lightly greased large shallow baking pan and drizzle with melted butter. Bake 1 hour. Add a little bit of water towards end of baking time in bottom of baking pan to prevent pork chops from sticking to bottom of pan.
