PORK CHOP AND POTATO BAKE 
7 pork chops (cut off fat) 1 inch thick pork chops are best. Slice potatoes, chopped onions, salt, pepper, flour. Brown pork chops - lay on top, salt and pepper. Pour 1 can tomato soup diluted with 1/2 can milk. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for about 2 hours.
